What Does It Cost?
 

Property For Sale costs just 50€ - one payment and it's on the internet until it's sold or you remove it.
 

Property For Rent costs 6€ per month - keep it on the internet as long as you wish.  Payment will be taken each month automatically by PayPal until cancelled by you.
   
If you do not wish to upload details and photographs yourself, we can take photos and upload all your details for an additional 25€. This is a one-off fee and covers the cost of travel (within the Mellow Magazine catchment area), taking up to 4 photos and uploading the photos and details to the internet. To use this facility, please call us on (0034) 966 281 160 and we will arrange a visit.

What Do I Need To Do?
The first stage in adding your property to the site is to register the main details on the form below. You can also add up to four photos of the property. When you click on the "Send Your Property" button you will be taken to PayPal to enter your payment details. You do not need a PayPal account to use this payment method, you can use most Credit and Debit cards.

You will receive an email from the system which will contain a password that you will need to edit your entry.

Once payment has been received your entry will go live on the internet, normally within 24 hours on work days.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the facility but it does make life easier and allows you to use PayPal in English if that is preferable to you. Creating an account, should you wish to, is easy and only takes a couple of minutes - and you'll only need to do it once!
